The ‘Allow users to delete from archives’ option should be set-able on the desktop policy.  Of course you would need to consider what can be done with FSA archives, which aren’t part of a ‘user policy’.. but .. simply at the site level is restrictive.

We would like to request that the option to inherit properties from a top-level department to sub department be included in a future release. E.g. We would like to be able to set 0% monitoring of Internal Exchange on the top-level deparement and have that flow to sub-departments. Currently, we run a script in SQL to change these values after a department is created.
