On larger searches the export can be more than 1 pst file. The pst files themselves are numbered, but when added to outlook they are all named the same and have to manually changed. We would like the pst name field to corresponde with the filename.

Hi, Our clients, on a number of cases recently, have requested the ability to isolate emails with recipient lists larger than a certain number (say 5 or 10 recipeints). Generally the idea is to identify bulk emails that may be less likely to contain relevant material, set them aside into a folder for separate sampling/review. Clearwell should have the ability to connect to a certificate store to decrypt email.

We would like to be able to remove email certificates from within the GUI of Clearwell. The ability to add them is there, but not the ability to remove them. Also the ability to add certiicates should be available to the eDiscovery Admin role as part of their job to prepare data for review.

AFIK EV does not maintain folder structure of mailfile, due to which while exporting a Domino Archive all emails are exported into All Documents. Can we modify EV to keep malfile folder structure in SQL database which can be later used while export. This will definately help most us who wants to either export archive to original mailfile or temp NSF.

If you have multiple LFI imports with different prefixes the prefixes are not taken into account when sorting based on imported number. The docs should be grouped based on the prefix first then sorted based on the numbering scheme. That is not currently the case.

Most of the times, we need to find out which mailboxes were processed in last scheduled archiving run and how much it has archived. We get to know what will be archived in next run by running the Mailbox archiving task in Report mode. But to confirm whether task has archived which was shown in report mode, we can only use SQL queries. Monitoring the MSMQ A5 queue might not be sufficient many a times.
