I believe you should try upgrading a test system to SP8 MP2 and then see if you still have the problem. I'm not sure what exact build version this is, but I do know that SP8 MP1 was version 6.4.0.1711, which is itself somewhat newer than the version you are running.

Hello Nagesh, The ability to virtualize applications and deliver them via Client Management Suite using Software Delivery is included within CMS 7.1+.  The ability to stream applications OnDemand using the Streaming Server is an additional addon to CMS 7.1+. Still looking for this feature in a future release. A simple filter on Computer OU would be acceptable. That way my VDI, physical machine, and Citrix session can get differnet applications sets for the same user.
