Apply SP2 in ITMS SP1

I need to apply SP2 in ITMS SP1.
I opened Symantec Instalation Manager and apply updates, but I am having problems with .Net Framework 2.0.
The System require this framework, but same after install manually, the system show a message require install the framework again.
How to proceed to fix it?

Hi Everton,
The first thing is verify if your IIS are installed with some important role services:
Application Development
Verify this itens using the Windows 2008 Server Manager. Also launch SIM by right-clicking and then selecting “run as administrator”, if the question is displayed click at Yes and run SIM check prerequirements again.
