It looks like a generic .NET error.  These are hard to diagnose as the .NET error is not very specific on what has crashed.  BTW, there is a newer version of FSA Analyzer, 1.14.2.

Can you check to see if there are any errors?  You can do this by looking for files named "scan-errors-<system_name>-<share_name>.txt".
