Dear Symantec, Recently, I have needed to create Shared Schedules more often because they are much more useful than regular schedules. For instance, you can have Shared Schedules that do multiple schedules, such as one week of the month, to run a process every day, but the next week of the month, to run just Monday to Saturday and not to run on a Sunday, etc. We have three environments - Development, UAT and Production and when I am setting up a Job, I need to set up the Shared Schedule ...

It would be nice to have a step by step video on how to install workflow designer onto a client computer preferably win7 so that I don't have to login to the server to create workflows.  I can't seem to find any guides that detail this out step by step

  Often, changes are denied because approvers want more information or have a minor issue with the change that they want corrected before they will approve a change.  Presently, rejected changes are closed and a change requestor would have to create a new change ticket.   In the (poorly named) "Approve Change Plan" task there should be a third CAB Decision radio button to route a change back to the requestor and to add a comment about what else is needed.

It is impossible to start two Windows Installer transactions at the same time so Software Management should know this and not do it.  If one is in progress the other should be queued. It is crazy that Software Management doesn't play nice with this one simple rule.
