We are having issues with the pcAnywhere mirror driver, which is a known issue documented here: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH127363.

Does anyone have an update on this? I am having issues with the mirror driver and citrix applications, and the fix described in the article above does resolve the issue; however, this is not an encouraged solution. Is there a more permanent and supported fix for the display driver issue. Our environment is becoming more dependent on Citrix apps and I fear I will have no choice but to make the registry changes across the board to not use the mirror driver.

I am hoping there is another option considering this article was from 2010. Thanks,
