When creating contents, users can choose to specify their operating systems (OS'es). However, Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 are lumped together. This is not helpful because these are two quite different OS'es and the solutions that are applicable for one may not be applicable for the other. It would be better to separate out these two OS'es. When browsing file connect, I would like to see the full version number instead of 12.1.2 but rather 12.1.2015.2015 for example.

Hi, I would like to make a suggestion that users get notified via e-mail whenever an update is made to an open case. This way users do not need to stay logged into the Symantec Customer Portal. It gets timed out so users constantly have to log back in to check for status updates. Thank you, Melissa Popejoy

It seems that some users are trying to mark more than one post as solution, not realizing that doing so clears the first solution. I have noticed recently on some discussions, another user's comment is marked as solution when I was first to provide the solution. Low and behold, when I 'View' my points, I can see that my post was marked as Solution and immediately unmarked again. When I PM these OPs, they all tell me that they have actually marked two solutions. Please add ...

Having the option of forwarding a PM conversation on Connect is a great idea. However, it seems that the original message recipient is also included. There is no option to exclude someone from the forwarded message (much like an email client), so having this functionality via a selection button would be a good addition to the functionality that has already been included. Thanks!

I am unable to add an image to my posts. 1) the Add Image button has become something called IMCE (see attached - IMCE.png) 2) when I click on the IMCE button, I see a tree structure (see attached - File Browser.png). I don't see any of my previous images or a way to add new ones.

Hi Sym Team When can we have Full support to Non-IE browsers Non-IE browsers does not support registering new course content on Partnernet University. Though it works only with IE . i tried with FF and Chrome on different systems with different OS and different browser version.

Currently We have only two options for Indian ($15 eShagun Visa Card (India Only) & $200 eShagun.com Visa card (India Only)). There is a big Gap in between both Card points and also these cards are not accessible on every place. So if any other option will add which can help to us. Like - Flipkart and SnapDeal. This site help in online purchasing. If this point will alos use on this site then it alos come benefit for us.
