Dear All,

We recently had a database server go down that supported the SMP server.

I have had to recover a Symantec_CMDB database from a backup in a DR situation and I have got the majority of SMP working. However, the problem is IT Analytics - I have reconfigured Reporting Services and Analysis Services on the new server, but when I try to go into the IT Analytics configuration on the SMP, I get the generic Server Error in '/Altiris/ITAnalytics' Runtime error.

I think that something in the IT Analytics on the SMP is still pointing towards the old server and it still thinks the Cubes are there, but it does not like what it is seeing (i.e. a blank server).

Does anyone know how to fix this?
