License key Question

Question:
Can I install SFHA 5.1 SP2 for WIndows using SFHA 6.0 for WIndows' S licencse key??
Since Customer's OS is WIndows 2003 Server, So we can only install SFHA5.1 SP2.
SFHA 6.0 is not support WIndows 2003 server.

To the best of my knowledge keys are not backwards but rather forward compatible. 5.1 Keys will activate 6.0 installs but not the other way around. That said, why are you choosing to use a 6.0 key? Are you unable to locate your 5.1 key? The customer care support line should be able to regenerate your 5.1 key (you will however need to know your customer number).
The problem is now Symantec no longer selling SFHA 5.1 license. We don't have any choice. The license we got is SFHA 6.0.
So you're suggesting we can contact the customer care support line to regenerate a 5.1 key ?

So to clarify, this is a net new purchase of 6.0 but you would prefer to run 5.1 SP2? Is that correct?
Yes.
Customer's OS is windows 2003 standard sever.
SFHA 6.0 is not support windows 2003. SO we have to run 5.1SP2.

Hi,
SLES 11 SP1 will be EOSL on Aug 30, 2012 and we're currently working on upgrading to SLES 11 SP2 but it ends up failure as SFCFSHA is still not supported on SLES 11 SP 2.
Could anybody help answer the following questions?
Q: When will SFCFSHA 5.1SPx be supported on SLES 11 SP2 (3.0.x kernel)?
Q: When will SFCFSHA 6.x be supported on SLES 11 SP2 (3.0.x kernel)?
Q: Whill will SFCFSHA 6.0SP1 be released?
