Please find attached here with the Policy File required to complete the task

Warning: Use the policy file attached to this article only as a reference to implement the policy. DO NOT import this policy directly to a production environment without testing first. The settings and configurations contained in the attachment are examples and will not necessarily work in your environment.

hey!

good job with this policy, but i would like a little more granular block

for the moment i don`t have problems with people correctly sharing stuff, but with people using "everyone-full" ,so i could use if you can create such a policy. this one completly blocks the share dll`s and stuff

thank you

Hello everyone,

I just have a simple question and hopefullly someone is able to assist me with this one. We found a file (virus) that was giving us a headache yesterday and we know what the file type is. Where can I add the file type on Symnatec Endpoint Protection to block the file?

Thanks...

Hi,

You can not open .DAT files.

You will have to simply import it into the SEPM & apply it to the respective groups.
