Oh gotcha, I've included a document on how to do this. You can add a button that does this or alternatively you can do all this before you hit the form and it will always set the current user as the assignee. Let me know if you have any troubles doing this. If you want this set at the reassign smart task it is basically the same thing to auto-populate the list with their name.

Hi Tom, Ah, thanks for letting me understand why you're approaching it that way. I've never tried to do it from a SSRS report as the applications that I've connected to always had some APIs or web services exposed. Sorry I can't help, but good luck with this project.

Is the "Web Garden" option supported? I was thinking about increasing it to 4 for both the TaskManagement and Altiris-NS-Agent app pools since then seem to work the hardest. I have also noticed in the Classic.NET AppPool that /Altiris/PuggableProtocols/NSAccess/NSAccess.aspx is very active. It might make sense to move this into its own App Pool.

It's a really frustrating oversight. I'd much prefer to have all the different components of a managed delivery policy in a series of managed packages and tasks, rather than having to write scripts because they're harder to support and manage. It causes a lot of confusion for my customers.
