We have N number of devices license for SSIM ... How can we found out that how many devices are registered with SSIM out of that N nmber of license we have & how many license for devives left to be used.   Regards Saqib

I have SEP 12.1 RU1 unmanaged client installed on windows 7, issue is that service is disabled i cant run smc command or stop the SEP services. Find the attached screen shot. Regards

Now the status code have changed in duplication job Status code 25 is resolved now as it was some network issue as whole datacenter was rebooted so things take time to become smooth, now the error we are getting is 190 & 191.

Yes i am running all test on media and master server both, now i am getting this error that connection issue is no more. none of the requested files were backed up(2)
