There are a few text areas (for example, when renaming an object or in the software area when defining managed software), that lose focus, and the text cursor will jump from where you placed it to the end of the text in the field.  To get around this, we have had to go to the end of the text and delete it all and start typing it again if there is any text that needs inserted before that - the only place the cursor will stay "in place" is at the end of the text.
