if the definition is corrupted then servers also not able to get update but from our console servers are getting updated but not workstation

hi, Around 1500 workstaions have this problem The clients are getting updates from SEPM, clients are communicating with manager and SEPM has latest update

hi all, the workstations are not getting virus update even if it online. We are facing this issue from past one week. All the machince are in 11.0.6.xxx version. I tried updating content from console but didnt wok out. Please advise on this.

i reinstalled the SEP and upgraded to RU7 version. but still i am findind the same issue. the client is updating with the definition but its not reporting to console and it is offline

we have deleted the files manually and rebooted the server but every time during hte scanning this issue is occuring so need a permanent solution for it as we cant reboot the server all the time

thanks mithun , i have already migrated the client to 11.0.RU7 MP1 but the issues recurred please suggest
