Thanks for the feedback.  We use the BE Console and that almost gets me there.  if I could just find a way to stop them from having the ability to redirect to another location.

Figured it out.  I was selecting the VM and trying to do a restore, turns out you need to select the VCenter server.  2012 seems to be kinda picky.
