As this error is being generated by SD.IncidentManagementSimple there isn't anything that I can change. However, after a quick response from Support, I was also told that these will eventually go away on their own and are causing no issues ...

I wish I had some info on this and maybe you have more now. I now receive this message a few times every 20-30 seconds. It started happening after I used the "Resolve/Close Multiple Incidents" workflow inside of SD.
